Country Sales Director – Poland

We are seeking a Country Sales Director (Poland) to build and lead our commercial activities in the Polish market. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for sales growth, building key customer relationships, and the development of the local organization. The position reports directly to headquarters in the Czech Republic and offers a clear path to country leadership.

IVITAS GREEN POWER is a family-owned energy engineering company delivering decentralized and distributed energy solutions across Central Europe. We supply high-efficiency CHP and CCHP systems based on Capstone Green Energy microturbines for industrial and municipal applications, particularly where processes require hot water, steam, or drying air. Our work is built on engineering excellence and proven project delivery, supported by long-standing cooperation with IVITAS (part of the ČEZ Group). In 2025, we opened our Polish subsidiary in Gliwice to support long-term growth in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Poland, focusing on microturbine-based CHP and CCHP solutions
  • Manage relationships with industrial, municipal, and energy-sector clients
  • Drive the full sales cycle from identification of opportunities to closing contracts
  • Expand the market presence of IVITAS GREEN POWER across key industrial regions in Poland
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments
  • Close collaboration with engineering, service, and management teams at HQ
  • Contribute to the establishment and scaling of the Polish office

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the energy, industrial, or engineering sector
  • Solid understanding of decentralized energy systems - CHP experience is preferred
  • Proven success in solution-based and complex sales
  • Native-level Polish and fluent business English
  • Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering) is an advantage
  • Existing network in Polish industrial or municipal markets preferred
  • High level of independence, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to Czech headquarters
